Picture My Wine does not own or ship wine sold on our site. A licensed winery ships all orders and has permits to ship direct to consumers in the states listed below. Orders placed for personalized wine on this website are immediately directed to our winery partner for shipment to you, where permitted by law. Credit card charges will appear from Healdsburg Wine Co.
Wine offered on this site is for consumer use only, and cannot be legally resold by third parties, whether holding a license or not
Hours of Operation: 9-5, Monday - Friday, PST. Orders are not fulfilled or shipped except during normal business hours.
Order Information: The system will allow you to order up to five cases of product shipped to one location (60 bottles) at a time. Should you wish more than that, please reset your session and start a new order.
Important Shipping Information:
Carriers will make three delivery attempts to your home or office. (Adult signature required) After three attempts, drivers will leave a notice where your order can be picked up. If not picked up within five days, the order will be returned to the winery. Should you decide to have the order reshipped you will be charged for the return shipment and the redelivery. If you decide to cancel the order, your order will be refunded less the cost of returning the order to the winery. Incorrect, or changed delivery addresses will be charged to your card at the rate of $7.50 per order.

Must I be 21 years to order anything on your site? |

Even though you can order Non Alcoholic Sparkling Juice and Wine Accessories on this site, we still ask everyone to fill out their birthdays attesting to the fact that you are over 21 years of age.

Can wine be shipped to my state? |

Our winery fulfillment partner is licensed to ship only to the following states: <br />
AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, MI,M N, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV,N Y, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY. <br />
Certain zip codes in CO,AK and AZ are not available. If your state is not on the list consider shipping to a friend in a permitted state. Please note <br />
that some states limit the quantity of wine that an individual may receive in a given period of time. If you exceed the quantity, your order will be refunded.

Why can't you ship to my state? |

Since the repeal of Prohibition in the 1930's, each state controls beverage laws governing direct-to-consumer wine shipments. If your state is not on the permitted list, its alcohol regulations currently do not permit it. For more information check with your state ABC. As these laws are continually changing check back again in the future. Our winery partner constantly works to add states to distribution. <br />

Do you have a minimum order? |

For custom photo wine label orders, the minimum is a two-bottle set, unless otherwise indicated, of the same wine, image, and text.

Can I ship to multiple addresses? |

You can ship to multiple addresses, but not on the same order. You will have to start over and submit a new address on a new order.

What pictures and text are permitted on a wine label? |

Our policy, supported by government regulations, is to accept images and text that are in good taste. No labels displaying pornography or profanity will be accepted. Our winery partner reserves the right to reject any text or image which it deems to not conform to governing laws. In addition labels that include images of the American Flag, or contain health warnings contrary to government policy. How long does it take to process my order? |

<p>It takes about 2-3 business days of in house production to process photo wine label orders, not including shipping. How long will it take to receive my shipment? All orders are shipped within two or three days after you place the order. Standard Ground, Second Day and Next Day are the available shipping options where permitted. Expect to receive your order as noted below. Start counting from the day after you place he order not including weekends or holidays. </p>

<p>Wine shipments to MI, NJ,DC and AZ require extra time, because they pass through local wholesalers and retailers first before reaching you. Please allow 5-6 more business days in these markets. <br />

How do you calculate shipping costs? |

<p>We base our shipping costs on the zone-to-zone shipping rates of UPS. In addition to the zone-to-zone rate, our wineries use specially designed packaging materials and mailers to ensure that your wine arrives safely. </p>
<p>Actual shipping charges for your order will always be detailed in the checkout process and accepted by you prior to our obtaining your credit card information. Several factors determine the shipping price. First, the weight and size of the package affect its cost, and secondly, the originating shipping area and the destination shipping area. All of our wineries use standardized wine shipping boxes. These wine shipping boxes have been designed specifically to ensure your wine arrives safely.</p>

What is your return policy? |

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it within 30 days of your purchase and we will offer a refund or exchange. Please note that the adjustment is for the product only. Shipping fees are refunded if the return was because of our error. Why can't the carrier leave my package on the door? |

I've received other shipments that way. <br />
Legally, wineries must ensure that no wine is delivered to minors, so wine shipments require an adult to receive and sign for the package. Because wine shipments require not just someone to be home to receive the shipment, but requires an adult to be home to sign for the shipment, you might consider having the wine shipped to a business or commercial location instead of to your home, particularly during periods of extreme weather. If no adult is available to sign for your wine when the first delivery attempt is made, the package goes back to the warehouse and a second attempt is made the following day. During periods of extreme temperatures, repeated attempts to deliver your wine can adversely affect your wine's quality.

Why am I taxed for out of state wine purchases? |

Can I adjust Photo Labels after I submit an order? |

<p>Once you enter a label into our system, we are not able to adjust or change your label. It is your responsibility during your design process to make sure that you have spelled all words and names correctly. We will not accept returns on personally labeled wine for spelling errors or misprints. However, despite our care and quality control, if there is a problem with your label other than spelling errors or misprints, let us know and we'll take care of it for you. </p>

What happens if a wine I want to order is out of stock? |

While we continually monitor inventory in order to ensure the accuracy of our website. There are occasions when a certain wine will sell out or is no longer available.
